Dr Abbott grew up in Liverpool in the Northwest of England.

He graduated from The University of Liverpool Medical School in 1999 and after a few years of ipre registration house officer and senior house officer years in the NHS, he moved to Australia.

Here he trained in emergency medicine, paediatric emergency medicine and retrieval medicine.

He gained full registration with the Australian Medical Council in 2009 and gained a Fellowship in emergency medicine from the Royal College of Emergency Medicine in 2018.

Since 2019 Dr Abbott has done extensive training in non-surgical cosmetic techniques such as anti-wrinkle and dermal fillers and currently is gaining experience in non-surgical face lift techniques and threads.

“I really enjoy seeing not only the physical transformation of my clients with cosmetic techniques but also the mental well being it also brings to the patient too. Something we can’t always do in emergency medicine.”

Dr Abbott is an avid sports fan something he has also passed onto his 3 children.
